Ericsson has received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS) to complete its acquisition of Vonage.
Vonage has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud framework, for its Vonage Business Communications and Vonage Contact Center solutions.
Ericsson has entered into an agreement to acquire Vonage for $21 per share, representing a total acquisition price of approximately $6.2 billion.
