After turning on voice calling in Hangouts, you can make domestic and international calls using a WiFi or data connection (such as 4G). You can also receive calls if you have a Google Voice number.
Users will have to add call credit to the Google account ahead of time and can only make one call at a time.
Further, the offer is subject to abuse limits, so if you’re making a lot of calls every day, some of those calls may not be eligible for the offer. You’ll also need the Hangouts dialler application.
