iOS 13.1.2 brings a bunch of bug fixes

Apple has released iOS 13.1.2, bringing bug fixes to iCloud Backup, Camera fix, Flashlight not activating at times, Bluetooth bugs and a couple of other minor issues.

iOS 13.1.2 Fixes a bug where the progress bar for iCloud Backup could continue to show after a successful backup.

The update also fixes an issue where Camera may not work and addresses an issue where the flashlight may not activate.

A bug that could result in a loss of display calibration data has been fixed and finally, the update fixes an issue where shortcuts could not be run from HomePod.

Along with iOS 13.1.2 update, Apple has released updates for iPad OS 13.1.3 and WatchOS 6.0.1. The update changelogs can be seen below:
