Many Apple iPhone 13 users are complaining that their phone’s screen randomly turns pink, with workarounds like restarting the iPhone, factory resetting and updating failing to solve the issue.
The pink screen problem may also be accompanied by lags, freezes, automatic restarts, and other problems.
The issue does not appear to be permanent and may strike intermittently, coming and going on its own accord. Another noted characteristic is that when the screen turns pink, the status bar icons and other information usually continue to be visible.
Apple’s official customer service has said that it’s not a hardware problem and recommended updating the system as a solution.
The pink screen issue seems to be affecting whole iPhone 13 series – iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
