Files opened in BlackBerry Workspaces app for Android are controlled and protected at all times, ensuring that your organization’s data remains safe.
Users can now access the “Pending Acknowledgement” list to view all documents that have outstanding acknowledge requests and documents that require your acknowledgement are now marked with a pending acknowledgement icon.
Enforcing a workspace to be saved for offline access is now possible when enabled by organizational policy. This feature enables workspace administrators to flag workspaces so that they are accessible when mobile devices go offline.
Recipients with the necessary permissions can now click an Edit link in the email notification to open the Workspaces Editor and start editing the shared file straight away.
Improvements have also been made to enhance performance and usability, including the Sign up workflow and the Viewer performance.

- Kerberos support: Support for user authentication using a Kerberos ticket when Workspaces is configured together with SAML IDP to validate the ticket.
- Pre-populate email and server URL: Added ability to automatically pre-populate the email and Server URL after installing the application based on the Dynamics data.
