The BlackBerry Virtual Expert lets you run various diagnostics on your device to test everything from cameras to sensors.
The BlackBerry Virtual Expert diagnostics application is a simple self-guided diagnostics app brought to you by BlackBerry. This application is designed to help you identify the cause of symptoms that your BlackBerry device may exhibit or display. You will be guided through a series of hardware tests to produce a test results summary.
The BlackBerry Virtual Expert is customised for your BlackBerry smartphone’s model features, and includes a series of tests for:

- Camera Flash
- Display
- Keyboard
- Main Keypad
- Side keys
- Slider
- Touch Screen
- Receiver Speaker
- Loudspeaker

At the end of the test(s), you will be given the test results.
