BlackBerry updates BlackBerry Secure UEM & Productivity Suites

BlackBerry has updated and refreshed BlackBerry Secure UEM & Productivity Suites to help businesses simplify the management of their fast-changing security and complex Internet of Things (IoT) environments.

A strategic update of the company’s Enterprise Mobility Suite, BlackBerry Secure UEM & Productivity Suites are now offered as three tiered suites, allowing organisations to choose the solution that best fits their security and productivity needs now, and then seamlessly choose more advanced capabilities as the demands of their organisations evolve.

BlackBerry Secure UEM & Productivity Suites deliver consistent Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies and controls across key platforms (iOS, Android™, Android for Eenterprise, Windows, macOS, BlackBerry and Samsung Knox) and device ownership models.

BlackBerry Secure UEM & Productivity Suites allows you to mobilise your critical workflows, business processes and application, including Microsoft Office mobile apps. BlackBerry provides a seamless connection and management between the BlackBerry Dynamics secure mobile container and Microsoft Office mobile apps.

You can access business files from Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, Box and more, all with native document editing capabilities, securing files even outside the firewall with BlackBerry Workspaces.

Admins can simplify access and entitlement with Microsoft Active Directory integration, PKI integration, Kerberos and SAML support for browser access. More advanced IAM capabilities are also available with single sign-on and complete cloud service federation, as well as token-based two-factor authentication.

“As the number of endpoints and devices continues to grow in the Internet of Things, enterprises and governments require flexible solutions to safeguard their data, while allowing users to be productive and safe,” said Billy Ho, Executive Vice President of Enterprise Products, BlackBerry.

“By continuing to innovate on one of our flagship solutions, we’re delivering on our promise to meet the evolving needs of our global customers and prove that organisations can have both world-class security and productivity in a streamlined solution.”
