Navmii partners with uberall to boost local navigation

Navmii, the free navigation and traffic app for drivers, has announced a new partnership with online presence specialist uberall.

Navmii’s local search feature will now include uberall customer information, such as address, telephone number, opening hours, reviews, photos and product offerings.

According to eMarketer searches on mobile devices will exceed those carried out on desktop in 2015. By adding information from uberall’s large customer base, Navmii users will benefit from enhanced accurate local search with business listings that help them find and navigate to places of interest quickly. uberall’s customers benefit from visibility to Navmii’s millions of active users.

Navmii is a free mobile navigation app combining voice-guided navigation, live traffic information, local search and driver metrics.

It is available for iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry 10 and its apps are used by more than 24 million people across 90 countries.

Navmii is powered by a combination of its own proprietary mapping data, Open Street Map and real-time Navmii community updates to deliver open sourced navigation to users without the need for an internet connection.
