Virgin Media O2 has launch hyperfast gigabit fibre broadband for small businesses across its entire UK network, bringing an increased range of Voom Fibre package options.
Voom Gig1 business broadband from Virgin Media provides download speeds of up to 1,000Mbps, enabling small businesses in a range of sectors – from home-office start-ups and retailers, to professional services and hospitality – to access worry-free connectivity, perfectly suited to carrying out multiple tasks at once.
From sending and receiving large files, hosting their own website, offering guest WiFi at their premises, to livestreaming on social media and uploading or downloading content in seconds.
Virgin Media O2 has put choice and flexibility front and centre of its revamped Voom Fibre business broadband offering, introducing a brand-new range of package options.
Small business customers can now choose their packages based on four download speeds, rather than just two: 400Mbps, 600Mbps, 800Mbps and 1Gbps – with different upload speeds, service level agreements and static IP options to meet their needs.
Voom Fibre customers can also add business phone lines with unlimited calls, as well as additional features like call diversion and call waiting services.
As well as gigabit speeds, Voom Fibre customers can add Constant Connect, with 4G back-up from O2’s mobile network to their package – meaning they can stay connected to their customers, suppliers and their employees even in the unlikely event of an interruption to their fixed broadband service.
This unlimited O2 4G back-up will also automatically report any issues to Virgin Media’s UK-based care teams, who provide on-site tech support in up to 12 hours (with no need for customers to call in).

Voom Fibre customers who take an eligible small business mobile contract from O2 can also supercharge their benefits through Volt: with free O2 4G back-up, 4G start-up for new customers (to keep them connected before their broadband is installed), and double mobile data.
Voom Gig1 Fibre from Virgin Media is now available for new and existing small business customers from just £60 per month, with Voom 400Mbps starting at only £33 per month.
