BB Merah Putih have launched the official page for the BlackBerry Aurora, the first BlackBerry Smartphone in Indonesia that uses Android.
Running Android 7 Nougat, the device comes with a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 72 x 1280 pixels and a 3000 mAh battery to keep the lights on.
Powered by a MSM8917 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425, a 13-megapixel main camera with phase detection auto focus and LED flash dualtone, 8 megapixel front camera, with LED flash and comes out of the box with 4 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, extandable up to 256 GB.
BlackBerry Aurora is the first BlackBerry smartphone equipped with a dual micro SIM card, with both sims being able to be activated allowing the user to select their desired operator. Inserting or removing the micro SIM card into the smartphone can be done in an easy way, without the need to use a sim card ejector like other smartphones.
BlackBerry Aurora comes in three color choices: Gold, Silver and Black.
Thre is no official pricing or release date but rumours are pointing to IDR3.499.000 with an expected shipping date of March 13.
