Huawei P40 to launch in March 2020

Huawei P40 to be announced at the end of March 2020 with Huawei Mobile Services on board.

According to a senior Huawei official, the Huawei P40 will be announced in Paris at the end of March 2020 with Huawei Mobile Services on board.

Richard Yu, head of the consumer brand branch announced during an interview with the French press at the group’s premises in Shenzhen, that the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro will benefit from a design “never seen” with better photo quality, better performance and better autonomy.

Interestingly, Yu says that the smartphone will be distributed via all the conventional distribution channels, including operators and resellers. He also claims that the phone will run Android 10 with the EMUI interface and that HarmonyOS is not quite ready for the P40, at least in Europe.

We’re expecting to see both 4G and 5G models of the P40 Pro, likely separate devices.
