NiCE Management Pack with BES12 and Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager Support announced

NiCE IT today revealed the NiCE Management Pack with support for BES12. The solution, which is also compatible with BES5 and BES10, is designed to effortlessly integrate with Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager, providing a cohesive and easy to use interface.

IT professionals are now well-equipped with a superior application monitoring solution that provides faster and deeper insight into the operational status of the BlackBerry servers and services.

The NiCE Management Pack for BES offers users one of the most comprehensive management packs for Microsoft System Center. Extensive monitoring capabilities allow the user to track and trend usage and identify anomalies in a single view. The new innovative management pack also provides high availability concepts and professional monitoring, which are essential when smartphones are crucial to your organization’s messaging service.
