Harry Styles’ ‘One Night Only in New York’ Concert to Livestream on Apple Music

Apple is to begin live-streaming concerts via Apple Music, and is kicking off the series of concerts, with Harry Styles’ One Night Only in New York” concert at UBS Arena at Belmont Park, New York this Friday. Apple Music subscribers worldwide will be able to watch at no additional cost.

The company says Apple Music Live is a way to “give the biggest stars in music the biggest possible platform to flaunt how they connect with audiences and how their songs translate to live performance.”

In a tweet, Apple promised that it would stream concerts from some of the world’s favourite artists..

Styles’ concert will be available to stream via the Apple Music app on Friday May 20 at 01:00am (GMT) / 6.00p.m. (PST) / 9. p.m. (EST).

All tickets for the show were $25, including taxes and fees, although they are currently going for thousands of dollars on the secondary ticket market.

The live concert is coinciding with the release of his latest album “Harry’s House“, with Styles performing songs from the album for the first time ever.

The Apple Music stream includes an interview with Styles about the making of the album, where Styles recently sat with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe for an extensive conversation about the making of ‘Harry’s House’.

Encore streams of the performance will be available on May 22 at 12 p.m. (EST) and on May 26 at 4.00pm (GMT).

Apple hasn’t announced whether “Apple Music Live” concerts will be available for on-demand replay.

Although Styles has been touring tirelessly, this show could be considered the first in the “Harry’s House” tour. The European leg of the tour begins June 11 in Glasgow and wraps up July 31 in Portugal. After a three and a half month gap, he’ll resume touring in the Americas in the fall, starting Nov. 22 in Mexico and winding up for the year Dec. 10 in Brazil.
