The updates to the AtHoc Command Center create a unified workspace where distributed teams can track personnel accountability and coordinate activities across multiple sites and agencies during critical operations.

The enhanced platform consolidates alerts, status updates, field inputs, and operational metrics into dashboards designed to provide teams with shared information during incidents such as severe weather, facility lockdowns, or IT outages affecting physical operations.

“In critical operations, the speed of your response depends on how fast you can understand the situation and get the right people and systems moving in the same direction,” said Ramon Pinero, General Manager of BlackBerry AtHoc.

The platform supports multi-agency response operations by allowing independent organizations to coordinate while maintaining separate governance structures and data policies. Each organization retains administrative control over its own environment while accessing a shared operational view.

BlackBerry AtHoc holds FedRAMP High authorisation for federal cloud services and meets ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements. The platform is used by federal governments across G7 nations, defence organisations, healthcare systems, and critical infrastructure operators.

The system supports hierarchical visibility across organizational boundaries without requiring shared administrative control. This allows organizations to coordinate during incidents that span multiple agencies while preserving individual chains of command.

The enhanced Command Center capabilities are now available to customers through BlackBerry support and account channels. The platform can be extended with BlackBerry SecuSUITE for secure voice, messaging, and collaboration capabilities.
