Creating a new contact is now even easier. If you search for name, email address or a phone number and these are not found in your contact list, creating a new contact will pre-populate these in the appropriate field of the new contact card.
In addition, the update brings improved compatibility with devices running Android P and the usual minor enhancements and stability fixes.
The Contacts app is designed to store all your contact info in one location for convenient management. You can interact with your contacts using a variety of methods such as phone calls, text and email messages, or calendar events directly from the Contacts app.
You can also create and manage contact groups.
