EE, the UK’s most advanced digital communications company, announced it is to offer customers access to superfast 4G in France and Spain. The deals are the first of a series of outbound roaming agreements that will allow EE customers to enjoy 4G speeds in the world’s most popular travel destinations.
The option to enjoy 4G speeds abroad is immediately available to Consumer and Small Business customers, with Corporate customers to follow soon.
EE will extend its 4G coverage across major roaming destination including the USA, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands by the Summer.

EE offers great value data roaming bundles designed to provide customers with an affordable solution to meet all their superfast mobile needs. With a range of consumer price plans including just £3 for a huge 100MBof data in a 24 hour period, customers can use 4G data whilst abroad without fear of spending more than they expected.
Customers on 4GEE Extra plans also get unlimited roaming minutes and texts to select countries as part of their plan. 4GEE Extra customers also enjoy speeds of approximately 60Mbps in twenty cities in the UK, as well as generous data bundles, inclusive texts and minutes, as well as a fast-track customer services option.
EE announced inbound 4G roaming for US travellers in the UK in December 2013.
