Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and the Prime Minister’s Office Director General Eli Groner met on Tuesday morning with BlackBerry CEO John Chen to discuss BlackBerry’s growth strategy in Israel.
The Prime Minister stated on Twitter that they discussed BlackBerry’s growth plan in Israel & invited him to visit Beersheba’s cyber park.

Chen reportedly views Israel as:
“A central locale for implementing his company’s development strategy-  technological acquisitions and other spheres.”
Back in April of this year, BlackBerry purchased the Israeli firm WatchDox. The addition of WatchDox extended BlackBerry’s commitment to help organizations securely connect employees with each other and with corporate information across all mobile and desktop platforms.
