Apple iPhone Event 2023

Apple Event officially announced for September 12

Apple plans to stream the fall event at 6pm (GMT)

Apple’s next iPhone event is scheduled for September 12, once again scheduled for its Apple Park headquarters in Cupertino. The invite features a Thanos snap-like graphic, accompanied by the word “Wonderlust”.

The iPhone 15 series will almost certainly be the centrepiece for the event, and it seems like the new version of the handsets could bring a big upgrade to the line.

We are expecting to see Apple’s first 3-nanometer chip, the A17, included in the ‌iPhone 15 Pro‌ and Pro Max, and rumours suggest that it will have an Action button instead of a mute switch. The Action button may be customizable, much like the Action button on the Apple Watch Ultra.

The Apple Watch Series 9 is also sure to be revealed at the event.

We expect the public versions of the latest iOS, macOS and watchOs to drop at the same time. This will also be Apple’s second major opportunity to show off the Vision Pro, ahead of its launch early next year.

We’ll likely be getting a better look at some of the content arriving for the “spatial computing” headset, along with additional information on Apple’s biggest gambit in a decade.

How to watch the Apple ‘Wonderlust’ event

The Wonderlust event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 12, starting at 6p.m. GMT, 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m ET, 3 a.m. AEST.
