[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]WhatsApp for iOS has received an update today, adding support for 3D Touch. While it doesn’t support quick actions on the app icon like many other apps do, WhatsApp does allow you to peek and pop images, videos, links, and more.
This update also adds optimizations for languages read right to left on iOS 9.
What’s New:
- 3D Touch: Support for 3D Touch on iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. You can now quickly Peek and Pop pictures, videos, links, contact cards, and locations you send and receive in chats.
- The WhatsApp interface is now mirrored and optimized for right-to-left languages like Arabic (iOS 9+).
