Virgin Mobile switching from BT to Vodafone

Virgin Media is ditching the EE mobile network (BT) when its contract expires and will move its three million-plus mobile customers to Vodafone. A five year has been agreed between Virgin and Vodafone and extends until 2026. Virgin Media will have access to the full range of Vodafone technology and services, including 5G. Indeed, Virgin Media 5G will be powered by Vodafone even before the present deal with BT expires.

O2 has launched a new range of Pay-As-You-Go Bundles, which include unlimited calls and texts as standard but require you to top-up every month in order to get the allowance. The bundles include O2 Priority, (with unique member benefits and discounts).

Apple TV+ launches in over 100 countries

Apple has launched its own premium video streaming service, Apple TV+ in over 100 countries and regions. The service is available on the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch, Mac and other platforms, including online at tv.apple.com, for £4.99 per month with a seven-day free trial.

Apple Services Revenue Reaches All-Time High of $12.5 Billion

Apple today announced financial results for its fiscal 2019 fourth quarter ended September 28, 2019. The Company posted quarterly revenue of $64 billion, an increase of 2 percent from the year-ago quarter, and quarterly earnings per diluted share of $3.03, up 4 percent. International sales accounted for 60 percent of the quarter’s revenue.
