UPDATE: After a few hours, this issue appears to be resolved and all services restored. We have no words on the cause of the issue.[divider]BBM for Android and iPhone users are once again experiencing issues with BBM. Legacy users are also reporting an outage.
Users on BlackBerry 10 are seeing a red X when sending messages to Android and iPhone users.
It would appear that every time BlackBerry are due to release an update to BBM, they take the system down.
Whatever the reason, BlackBerry simply need to get to grips with this and fast, as it will continue to cost them users.
We will update you as we hear more.
