Recognition Demonstrates AtHoc’s Innovation Leadership in the Security Industry
AtHoc today announced that AtHoc Connect was awarded the 2015 New Product of the Year Award by Security Products Magazine in the Emergency Communications Systems category.
Now in its seventh year, the Security Products New Product of the Year Award was created to recognize the manufacturers of security equipment that launch excellent products making a significant impact on organizational security.
Along with winners in other categories, AtHoc will be honored at ASIS International 2015 in Anaheim, California, September 28–30. AtHoc Connect will also be highlighted in the December 2015 issue of Security Products Magazine.
AtHoc Connect was created to enable organizations to share critical information with one another during a crisis to rapidly resolve emergencies. It allows business, government agencies and other organizations to invite others to participate in a collaborative group, similar to the operation of social media networks. Organizations can opt in, even if they are not AtHoc customers, and can share text, geographical and multi-media content for informed decision-making while maintaining control over what they send and receive from other groups. The result is a secure, collaborative network that increases safety for businesses and communities.
