Digitalk to support Vodafone UK MVNO growth strategy

Agreement will help Vodafone UK support new MVNO partners.

Vodafone UK has selected Digitalk’s mobile service platform to support its growth in the MVNO sector. Digitalk is a global mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) service provider, offering cloud-based real-time communications platforms.

The new agreement uses Digitalk’s mobile cloud system to support Vodafone’s MVNO partners with the provision of highly reliable services including payment, customer promotions and lifecycle campaigns.

Digitalk Mobile Cloud is a complete MVNE as a Service platform for MVNOs and MNOs that enables rich subscriber and service management capabilities. The cloud-based platform provides a single infrastructure for pre- and post-paid real-time charging and service delivery.

The Digitalk Mobile Cloud also enables MNOs to exploit their existing network infrastructure with new mobile service partners. Capabilities address the scalability, reliability and availability requirements to support new MVNOs, migrate existing MVNOs, and enable rapid MVNO growth.

Digitalk’s dedicated web services will help simplify the process of Vodafone integrating new customers.

The Digitalk service will play an important role in our continued growth in the MVNO sector, as we bring on new partners and provide increasingly sophisticated digital experiences for their customers.”
