Following the Galaxy A52 5G launched earlier this year,, Samsung has released the Galaxy A52s 5G with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC in the UK.
The Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G is similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy A52 5G. with the exception that it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chip
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G runs on Android 11 with One UI 3 on top. It features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Equipped with a quad camera system, Galaxy A52s 5G lets you get more out of your favourite content and share amazing moments with friends easily no matter where you are.
- Rear Quad CAM with OIS – The 64MP camera allows you to shoot photos clearer in daytime, brighter at night-time. OIS gives you blur free images from day to night even in low light.
- Selfie Camera – 32MP to make your selfies stand out.
- Ultra Wide / Macro Camera – Perfectly capture where your eyes reach and widen your horizons with 123˚ Ultra Wide camera. The 5MP Macro camera also lets you discover the small but wonderful details of your subjects.
- Single Take / Night Mode – Single Take lets you shoot it once and get multiple options enabled by AI whilst Night Mode allows you to take vibrant, rich photos even under low light.
- Fun Mode – You can now apply AR Lenses from Snapchat with Fun Mode when snapping content from the native camera app.
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G comes with 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 1TB).
Samsung has also provided a feature called RAM Plus that is designed to expand the inbuilt memory using internal storage to deliver a faster multitasking experience.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 25W super-fast charging. Other notable features on this device include IP67 making it dust and water-resistant (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes).
The Galaxy A52s 5G will be available in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Violet, and Awesome Mint in the UK for £410. Pre-orders will start on August 24 with shipping from September 3.
