ZTE Axon M coming to UK on Vodafone

The ZTE Axon M is coming to the UK, bringing its two 5.2-inch displays, one of which folds out from the rear of the device. The Axon M has been available in the US since November, but Vodafone UK has now confirmed that the device will be available in the UK “soon”.

The network didn’t offer any details other than the fact the phone was coming, so we have no idea when it will arrive or how much it’s going to cost. Considering the phone costs $725 stateside we’re looking at £512 if ZTE does a straight price conversion. Recent experience tells me that isn’t likely, though, so it could be anywhere from there to £725.

Whatever you want to double, it’s the only modern phone out right now that can show two apps in native full-screen mode.

The phone itself has two 5.2-inch Full HD displays that have a big hinge in the middle, meaning you can choose between having a phone with a display on either side or one big display that has a big gap in the middle and makes poor use of all the available screen space.

It also has a 20MP front-facing camera, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a Snapdragon 821 chipset, microSD expansion, USB-C, a 3,180 mAh battery, and a headphone jack.
