Essar Group has selected BES12 to securely manage their data, applications, and devices including iOS, Android, and BlackBerry smartphones.

The latest iteration of BlackBerry Enterprise Server 12, v12.2 offers expanded multi-OS capabilities and now provides support for Samsung KNOX Workspace and Android for Work smartphones and tablets, and has integrated these platforms with BlackBerry Secure Connect Plus for secure, behind-the-firewall access to enterprise content without the need for VPN infrastructure. The latest version also includes support for the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) for iPhones and iPads.
BES12 centralises device management from a single command and control center, and supports multiple mobile platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry devices.

Essar Group is also trialing BES12 Cloud for even greater scalability and flexibility. Additionally, the organisation is testing a range of value-added solutions such as BBM Meetings and BBM Protected as their workforce becomes more mobilised.
