Apple has launched Fitness+, an online workout service that is built around its Apple Watch, which will include a range of different workouts – 10 in all, from high intensity interval training to “mindful cooldown” – all of which can be streamed onto iPhones or Apple TVs.
Apple Watch users can now view their cardio fitness level in the Health app on iPhone, and receive a notification on Apple Watch if it falls within the low range.

Apple today unveiled Apple Watch Series 6, bringing a Blood Oxygen feature that offers users even more insight into their overall wellness. Watch Series 6 has a similar square design and always-on screen to its predecessor and comes in two sizes and a range of materials and colours. It has a 20% faster S6 processor and a screen that’s 2.5 times brighter when outside and not actively being used.
