Three launches 2021 graduate scheme

The two-year programme offers a training plan that will enable skills development, and the chance to work on interesting and challenging projects

Three UK has opened the application process for its 2021 graduate intake, which will kick off in September. The programme will see 31 graduates join the company across five different business areas: technology, commercial, business, finance and HR.

Based at Three’s brand-new Reading office in Green Park which has excellent travel links to the South-East of England, graduates will have the opportunity to join a diverse and inclusive team. They will receive a competitive salary which is underpinned by a number of generous benefits, including a hybrid approach to working, which will allow our people to split their time between the office and working from home. This will help provide a truly holistic learning experience while becoming fully immersed in the business.

The two-year programme offers a training plan that will enable skills development, and the chance to work on interesting and challenging projects for this innovative and high-profile consumer-facing brand.

Mark Redmond, Chief People Officer at Three said:

“This is an opportunity not to be missed. Graduates at Three will be contributing to keeping the nation connected. We’re an innovative business using cutting-edge technologies to build the UK’s fastest 5G network and we’re critical to the national infrastructure. This is more evident now than ever – keeping friends, families and colleagues connected.”

Application Process

Applications open 1 March for the September 2021 start dates. Once you’ve applied you will be asked to complete some online assessments. Please note, Three won’t contact you again until the application window closes at the end of March.

Nail the online assessment stage and you’ll be invited to a live video interview. You’ll be asked questions about Three’s values, your reasons for applying, and your skills. You should come prepped with some questions to ask too.

Three’s virtual assessment centre is all about getting to know you better. Don’t worry, the company will prepare you for the virtual event in the weeks before. If all goes well, then, congratulations, you’ll have a place with Three! If it’s not great news, Three will provide you with in-depth feedback to help you develop.

“This programme will allow recent graduates to begin their career at a company that values collaboration and team-work. Our energetic and hard-working people enjoy a hybrid approach to working and this will allow new graduates to adjust to the world of work in these challenging times. We will provide them with a real sense of responsibility and equip them with the tools and support needed to develop and grow in confidence.”
