Apple has released iOS 26.3.1, which brings support for the news Studio Display and Studio Display XDR – and bug fixes.
On Tuesday, Apple revealed that alongside its new Studio Display and Studio Display XDR, that for them to connect to the Mac and iPad, those devices needed to be running iPadOS 26.3.1 or macOS 26.3.1 respectively.
While the iPhone does not connect to the displays as the iPad and Mac do, Apple’s support was part of the reason for this new release and ensures ecosystem-wide compatibility for the new Thunderbolt 5-enabled accessories.
Apple does not specify what bug fixes have been made.
