UPDATE: EE are reporting that this issue is resolved and that all network services are operating normally.
EE have issued the following statement and confirm that full coverage is now restored.
“Last night’s technical issue that caused a small proportion of our customers to experience problems with their signal has been resolved and all customers are now receiving a normal service. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to those customers affected.â€Â
If you’re still having issues, try restarting your device.
[divider]If you are on the EE network and having issues with your phone, then don’t mess around with your phone as the problem is with EE.
We have been getting numerous reports of EE users having issues and EE have just confirmed this via Twitter.
From the reports, EE are having a National outage.
The outage is affecting 4G users and is not currently affecting Orange or T-Mobile users.
