iOS 8.3 beta 2 is now available for developers to download in the iOS Developer Center. The developer update is available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
This brings several fixes to wireless CarPlay connectivity, a vertical emoji picker, updated voice for Siri, and an improved login for Google services.
The eventual release of iOS 8.3 will also introduce features like Wireless CarPlay, a more diverse emoji selection, and support for Apple Pay in China.
It’s unclear when the public version of iOS 8.3 will be available, though a beta version will apparently come out in mid-March for users to try.
Developers can install iOS 8.3 beta 2 via Software Update in Settings > General. If you feel stuck as to whether to grab iOS 8.2 beta 5 or this iOS 8.3 beta 2, it should be noted that the former is not expected to be subject to any further improvements before releasing, which, the last we heard, would be some time in March.
