Apple has released iOS 26.0.1, which is all about bug fixes and security updates.
Some users of the iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max were having issues where Wi-Fi and Bluetooth would occasionally disconnect. This issue also caused wireless CarPlay to disconnect in vehicles. Fortunately, iOS 26.0.1 brings a fix for that.
iOS 26.0.1 also fixes an issue where a small number of users had found they were unable to connect to a mobile network once they’d updated to iOS 26.
iOS 26.0.1 also fixes an issue where photos taken under certain lighting conditions on iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max included unexpected artefacts.
In addition, app icons could appear blank after a custom tint had been added, and an issue with VoiceOver being disabled in iOS 26 has also been addressed.
