Telegram has rolled out a new update which brings new Global permissions for groups, where admins can restrict all members in any group from posting certain types of content.
Users can now undo deleting chats and clearing chat history within 5 seconds with a detailed confirmation dialog appearing when deleting chats.
There are now more Unified group settings. You can now make groups public, set admins with granular permissions and toggle persistent history in any group.
Users can now sort contacts by name or by last seen time and there are new animations when uploading and downloading media.
