German Court finds Apple iPhone doesn’t infringe Qualcomm patent

A German court has ruled that Apple didn't infringe on a Qualcomm hardware patent, declaring that the iPhone isn't violating any of Qualcomm's power management patents. Telefónica signs 5G deal with Huawei in Germany
