ZTE Axon 20 5G
ZTE has launched the first Android smartphone with a selfie camera under its screen. ZTE has leveraged additional under-display technologies, including ambient light, sound, and fingerprint sensors to achieve a true full screen without any punch holes. The innovative light sensor can automatically adjust the screen brightness in accordance to the light environment, allowing the display to be seen clearly anytime.

NetEase
Huawei has teamed up with NetEase in the latest of a series of partnerships designed to develop cloud gaming for the domestic market. The companies signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou on Wednesday, just days before NetEase launches a US$3 billion secondary listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
It is expected that Huawei will unveil the Mate Xs, the successor to its foldable smartphone Mate X, at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020 and the folding smartphone has now received a certification from the China Compulsory Certificate (CCC) which reveals that it will be capable of 65W wired charging.

Huawei has begun recruiting users for the EMUI 10 beta program for the Huawei Mate X foldable smartphone. The device is currently running on EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie. The EMUI 10 update will bring a host of new features to the Huawei Mate X including a refreshed user interface, a new dark mode, snappier performance, multi-screen collaboration, and Huawei’s HiCar among other features.

Those who did not manage to buy a Mate X on Friday will get another chance on 22 November when a second batch will go on sale.

Huawei is giving $389 million in cash rewards to staff helping it weather a US trade blacklisting. A company announcement circulated Tuesday on social media said 90,000 employees will share 2 billion yuan ($389 million), or about 22,000 yuan ($3,100) each. US technology companies will be allowed to continue selling to Huawei under certain circumstances, after the US commerce secretary extended a second temporary 90-day reprieve. Wilbur Ross on Monday said the Trump administration would extend a temporary licence for companies to sell to the Chinese company if they are selling repairs or updates to existing systems.
Huawei  has unveiled two new smart televisions, the first products to use HarmonyOS, the company's own operating system. The televisions will be available from August 15 in China and marks the first use of HarmonyOS, chief executive George Zhao said, adding that it will be marketed by its mid-range brand, Honor.

US government agencies will be banned from buying Huawei equipment after the Trump administration implemented a congressional measure to crack down on Chinese companies seen as security threats. A rule issued by the administration bans Huawei and other Chinese groups from supplying the federal government.
During GSMA’s MWC19 Shanghai, 5G commercial networks have been officially launched inside the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The deployments are based on Huawei's 5G digital indoor system and extended 5G coverage to all of the seven exhibition halls.
