Due to the interest being shown in the BlackBerry 10 Alpha Device, RIM have put up a page specifically for it.
It will not provide developer related support as developers have their own channels for that and the Developer Relations team will be actively involved in providing developer support in the forums and social channels listed on the site.
Correctly, RIM once again state that that this is not a BlackBerry 10 smartphone and not final hardware or OS for BlackBerry 10; it is a prototype device running a modified version of the PlayBook OS which will help you design and develop apps for the BlackBerry 10 smartphone form factor.
The interesting thing for developers is that more devices will be made available as there will be opportunities to engage the Developer Relations team and ask for a device.
