Using WhatsApp as a customer service channel improves customer experience

Hyundai India has integrated WhatsApp business as part of its customer service strategy, in partnership IMImobile.

Hyundai is using WhatsApp to streamline its vehicle service booking process; customers can now use their preferred communication channel for service updates, sharing feedback, booking car servicing or receiving invoices, among other functions.

It will also give customers piece of mind – Hyundai’s verified business profile on WhatsApp allows customers to be sure they’re dealing with the carmaker, not fraudsters.
