Huawei  has unveiled two new smart televisions, the first products to use HarmonyOS, the company's own operating system. Apple has increased the cellular download limit of iOS for iPhones and iPads from 150 MB to 200 MB. The maximum has been 150 MB since September 2017, but now the company is upping the limit to give users more flexibility, meaning they can now download big apps, games, and even video podcasts over a cellular connection.

NVIDIA and Mellanox have reached a definitive agreement under which NVIDIA will acquire Mellanox. Pursuant to the agreement, NVIDIA will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Mellanox for $125 per share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of approximately $6.9 billion. Once complete, the combination is expected to be immediately accretive to NVIDIA’s non-GAAP gross margin, non-GAAP earnings per share and free cash flow.

France's National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) has fined Google €50 million for a breach of GDPR. The CNIL’s restricted committee imposed the penalty for "lack of transparency, inadequate information and lack of valid consent regarding the ads personalisation.”.

A German court has ruled that Apple didn't infringe on a Qualcomm hardware patent, declaring that the iPhone isn't violating any of Qualcomm's power management patents.
